Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of the urban transformation project held in Battalgazi Neighborhood by Melikgazi Municipality, AK Party Deputy Chairman Mehmet Özhaseki stated that the loan negotiations regarding the high-speed train line project to be built between Kayseri and Ankara are at the final stage.
“Everybody put their hands on their conscience, is Kayseri 10 years ago, Kayseri 20 years ago?” Özhaseki asked and continued as follows:
“Think about Kayseri and the surrounding provinces 30 years ago. Kayseri is like a shining star inside. It has received the most investment. The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization makes the National Garden, the expansion of the airport is made by the Ministry of Transport, the line from Belsin to the City Hospital is made by the Ministry of Transport. By Allah's leave, no one should worry, during our own rule, the high-speed train business will start in Ankara and we will see it before we die. Loan negotiations are in their final stages. Currently, both we and our Metropolitan Mayor are following the mutual correspondence. Interest rates on the loan are discussed. As a matter of fact, a business to be done on credit is a business of 1 billion dollars. Our President also asks us about each and every step of it, and we follow it. May Allah be pleased with those who put stones on stones, but we also refer people who have bad intentions, who fell with militants and who want this country to be divided and dismembered, to Allah.
