Is there a violation in the bursa labor city hospital metro tender?

CHP Mersin Deputy Ali Mahir Basarir, in his written statement, stated that "Many ministries continue to make tenders from 21/b illegally, within the scope of bargaining procedure, even though the necessary conditions are not met".

Başarir stated that “The Light Rail System Line and Electromechanical Systems Supply, Installation and Commissioning Works at Bursa Emek City Hospital were tendered from 21/b” and noted: “Light Rail System Line and Electromechanical Systems at Bursa Emek City Hospital Supply, Assembly and Commissioning Works are tendered from 21/b. The partnership of Söğüt İnşaat and Taşyapı, which won the tender. 1 billion 607 million TL in the tender. A firm that was not invited to the tender complains and as a result, the 13th Chamber of the Council of State decides definitively to cancel the tender, claiming that the 21/b conditions are not fulfilled and the administration does not meet the conditions. Despite the final cancellation of the Council of State, Bursa Emek-Şehir Hospital is going to tender for Light Rail System Line Supervision and Consultancy Services. This is lawlessness. It should also be reminded that Söğüt İnşaat, which won the tender canceled by the Council of State, alone bought 28 billion of 324 tenders worth 12 billion during the Melih Gökçek period.

“CLEARLY CONVINCED TO THE DECISION OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS”

Başarir stated that there were violations in the tenders for Mersin-Adana High Standard Railway Line (YSDH), Bandırma - Bursa YSDH, Bursa City Hospital Metro Line and Istanbul New Airport Metro.

Basarir reminded the reports of the Court of Accounts, 21 vehicles were purchased under the "Other matters", again with the 78/b method. While 60 of them are normal vehicles, 10 of them are luxury vehicles. 8 of them are minibuses. These vehicles are clearly contrary to the provision of the Council of Ministers Decision No. 2014/6425 that foreign origin vehicles cannot be acquired outside of authorities and services and cannot be rented through service procurement. According to the report of the Court of Accounts, these vehicles are not subject to the 50 percent locality rate.

“NO MOVABLE RECORDS”

“Again, within the scope of the aforementioned tenders, 530 computers, 390 telephones, 44 televisions, 25 projectors, 97 printers, 10 binders, 12 document shredders, 12 uninterruptible power supplies, 8 digital Stating that a camera was purchased, Basarir said, "The movable records of these office equipment have not been made. It is unclear who benefited from these tools and equipment.

Basarir stated that “This situation is also reflected in the reports of the Court of Accounts and that the Prohibition of Receiving Gifts and Providing Benefits is violated”. Basarir said, “The current political power is no longer able to manage the state. Non-compliance with the laws, disorganization has taken its head. Unfortunately, all these events are the product of the one-man regime” and reacted to the government.
