Fallopian tubes, also known as oviducts, exist as two tubes that connect both ovaries (ovaries) to the uterus. Due to the problems that occur in these tubes, the egg and sperm cannot meet, so fertilization does not occur and pregnancy does not occur.
Emphasizing that the two main problems that occur in the fallopian tubes are adhesion and fluid accumulation (hydrosalpinx), Op. Dr. Onur Meray “Hydrosalpinx constitutes 40% of female-related infertility and inability to become pregnant. It occurs as a result of the tubes being filled with enough fluid to lose their function. The main reason for the accumulation of fluid is that the ends of the fallopian tubes are blocked.
