While the sum of the guarantee payments for 2022 is foreseen as 34.4 billion TL, the sum of the resources to be allocated for the guarantee payments in four years will reach 141.5 billion TL.
4-year balance sheet of highway guarantees 84 billion TL

According to the table included under the heading 'Traffic guarantees and contribution payments for transportation projects' in the budget of the General Directorate of Highways, the amount spent as of the end of June from the initial appropriation of 2021 billion 14 million TL allocated for bridge and highway guarantee payments in 49 reached 6 billion 361 million TL. . According to the table, the resource allocated for bridge and highway guarantee payments for 2022 is 20 billion 378 million TL, 2023 billion 23 million TL for 360, and 2024 billion 26 million TL for 316. Accordingly, the resource that the treasury will allocate to bridge and highway guarantee payments within 4 years will reach 84 billion 373 million TL.
57 billion TL to city hospitals in four years
The figures regarding the usage cost of the investments of city hospitals in the budget were also announced. In the budget of the Ministry of Health, it was stated that 2021 billion 9 million TL of initial appropriation was allocated for city hospitals at the beginning of 977, while 4 billion 161 million TL of this was used as of the end of June. The amount of appropriation allocated for city hospitals was determined as 2022 billion 14 million TL for 91, 2023 billion 16 million TL for 127, and 2024 billion 17 million TL for 42. Accordingly, the total amount that the treasury will pay for city hospitals in four years will reach 57 billion 237 million TL.
2 billion TL was spent in six months to purchase the service
The Ministry of Health's budget also included details on "the services provided by hospitals through service procurement". Accordingly, while the initial appropriation for 2021 was allocated as 6 billion 414 million TL, 2 billion 74 million TL of this amount was used as of the end of June. The share to be allocated from the budget for the said service is 2022 billion 7 million TL for 473, 2023 billion 8 million TL for 127 and 2024 billion 8 million TL for 765. The share allocated to the service procurement of hospitals will reach 30 billion 779 million TL in total for four years.
