According to the news of İsmail Şahin from SÖZCU; “According to the table, a total of 6 billion 24 million dollars and 871 billion 2 million Euros were guaranteed for 988 highway projects. Accordingly, 10 billion 754 million dollars for the Gebze-Orhangazi-İzmir Highway, 7 billion 93 million dollars for the Northern Marmara Motorway Odayeri-Paşaköy Section, 4 billion 489 million dollars for the Northern Marmara Highway Kurtköy-Akyazı Section, Kınalı-Odayeri on the Northern Marmara Highway. There is a guaranteed payment of 2 billion 534 million dollars for its section, 541 million Euros for the İzmir Menemen-Alağa-Çandarlı Highway, and 2 billion 447 million Euros for the Ankara-Niğde Highway.
The total amount of guarantee payments made until the end of 2020 for the projects put into operation was 4 billion 330 million dollars + 35 million 788 million Euros. Highways stated that the table in question was calculated according to the “zero traffic scenario”.
