“As short and long-term maintenance of our cable car is obligatory, we paused our service for a while. Within the scope of maintenance and repair works, the mechanical system at the top of the tower poles of the cable car is being reviewed by non-destructive inspection method. While the maintenance and repair teams perform the service and emergency brake maintenance at the stations, they are tested; replaces engine components, vertical and horizontal pulleys, clamp balance rails, hydraulic units, shafts, steel ropes and rubber bearings with new ones. When our maintenance and repair works, in which many parts of our ropeway are replaced with new technological parts, will provide a safer transportation service.”
