BUTGEM, operating under the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) Education Foundation; flat weaving operator starts vocational training courses with employment guarantee. Trainees who will participate in the "flat weaving operator" courses to be organized within the scope of the Vocational Education and Skills Development Cooperation Project (MEGIP) to be carried out with İŞKUR will start working after the 2-month training. Trainees will also be given pocket money of 108 liras per day by İŞKUR during the training.

BUTGEM, which provides training to thousands of young people every year with vocational training and vocational development courses and makes significant contributions to the qualified workforce, continues to increase its training diversity in line with the demands from industrialists. BUTGEM will organize “flat weaving operators” courses with employment guarantee in the new academic year. Courses to be held within the scope of MEGIP in order to prepare the qualified workforce needed by the textile industry; It will take 2 months. The trainees who will receive training at BUTGEM for one month will continue their training in the real working environment in the remaining time. To the trainees whose jobs are ready in the factories; In addition, 108 TL pocket money will be given by İŞKUR for each course day during the training. Minimum 12 months in enterprises employing trainees; will be able to benefit from SSI premium incentives up to a maximum of 48 months.

BTSO Chairman of the Board İbrahim Burkay said that BUTGEM operates in a closed area of ​​12 thousand square meters in Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone (DOSAB). While MEGIP contributes to the training of the workforce needed in line with the demands of employers, it also offers important opportunities for job seekers. 160 TL daily pocket money is paid by İŞKUR to trainees who attend vocational training courses organized within the scope of MEGIP, which will not exceed 108 actual days. In addition, the work accident and occupational disease and general health insurance premiums of the trainees are covered by İŞKUR.
