Family and Social Services Minister Derya Yanık stated that home care assistance payments made to provide economic support to disabled citizens and their families in need of care have started to be deposited into accounts as of today.
Minister Yanık emphasized that one of their primary goals is to support disabled people in need of care with their families, and said, “We realize our policies for our disabled citizens in line with our family-oriented social service vision. With home care assistance, we also support our citizens who have a severely disabled relative who needs care and cannot work because they take care of them.”
Reminding that within the scope of home care assistance, a monthly payment of 1797 liras and 97 kurus is made per beneficiary, Minister Yanık said, “Today, we are starting a total of 968 million TL Home Care Assistance Payments for disabled citizens and their families in need of care. Payments will be completed by September 20. I wish the payments will be beneficial to all our disabled citizens," he said.
