Middle East Technical University (METU) has developed a new platform where you can get fast and understandable training from METU professors on 44 different course contents, from web design to marketing.
METU, one of the leading universities in Turkey, has started the Online Free and Certified Courses for Everyone program within the scope of the European Union Project.
The Bilgeiş Project is implemented in Turkey in order to contribute to the development of adaptability of workers and employers, to support the creation of a labor market with improved technological compatibility, to increase the use and efficiency of Information and Communication Technologies, and to develop capacity at the level of workers and employers. In this context, signing cooperation protocols with stakeholders such as universities, chambers of commerce and industry, continuing education centers, organized industrial zones in the 5 pilot provinces determined as Ankara, İstanbul, Eskişehir, İzmir and Gaziantep, determining the training needs of workers and employers living in the pilot provinces, meeting the needs of enterprises. It is planned to carry out activities to create 100 online courses.
