Disaster and fire awareness and animal search and rescue techniques training was given to the members of the Animal Search and Rescue Association by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Fire Brigade Training Branch Directorate.
Disaster and fire awareness and animal search and rescue techniques training was organized within the body of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality. Trainings were given to the members of the Animal Search and Rescue Association at the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department, Fire Brigade Training Branch Directorate, Toros Fire and Natural Disaster Training Center.
Within the scope of trainings; fire information and fire types, initial fire response techniques, use of portable fire extinguishers, disaster information, disaster types, before, during and after the earthquake, and basic information about animal search and rescue techniques and rescue apparatus.
Due to the increase in the diversity of disasters such as fires and floods with global warming and their intense occurrence, it is aimed that the animals, our dear friends, will be affected by the negative situations at the minimum level. In this direction, disaster and fire awareness and animal search and rescue techniques training was organized.
