The number of YHT trips of high-speed trains operated by the General Directorate of TCDD Taşımacılık AŞ increased from 16 to 36 as of August 40.
TCDD Tasimacilik increased the number of high-speed train services on the Konya-Istanbul, Ankara-Istanbul lines mutually in line with passenger demands.
The number of YHTs, which perform a total of 36 daily trips on Ankara-Istanbul, Ankara-Eskişehir-Ankara-Konya, Konya-Istanbul lines, has been increased to 16 as of August 40.
The YHTs put on the expedition will depart from Ankara at 11.10, from İstanbul/Söğütlüçeşme at 17.25, from Konya at 10.00, and from İstanbul/Söğütlüçeşme at 16.50.
With the new arrangement, YHTs will operate 16 daily flights, 10 on the Ankara-Istanbul line, 8 on the Ankara-Konya line, 6 on the Konya-Eskişehir line, and 40 on the Ankara-Eskişehir line.
The first flights serve as "Express YHT"
While YHTs continue to make their first voyages on the Ankara-Istanbul line as "Express YHT", combined transportation is provided to Konya-Karaman, Eskişehir-Bursa, Konya-Antalya-Alanya with YHT plus bus connection.
YHTs, which have carried 58 million passengers to date, also allow passengers to easily reach the city, thanks to the opportunity to pass to Marmaray in Istanbul and Başkentray in Ankara.

As it is known, the high-speed trains, which will perform 16 times a day as of August 40, continue to serve as "Express YHT" on the Ankara-Istanbul line, and also Ankara-Konya-Karaman, Istanbul - Konya-Karaman, Ankara - Eskişehir - Bursa, Konya-Eskişehir-Bursa, Ankara-Antalya-Alanya, Istanbul-Antalya-Alanya lines provide combined transportation with YHT plus bus connection.
High-speed trains, which have served 58 million passengers to date, enable passengers to easily reach the city center as they can easily switch to Marmaray in Istanbul and Başkentray in Ankara.
