TCDD 7th Regional Directorate organized a blood donation campaign on the anniversary of the Great Offensive and Manzikert Victory. The opening ceremony of the Blood Donation Campaign was attended by 7th Regional Manager Adem Sivri, Tasimacilik A.Ş. Afyonkarahisar Regional Manager Mustafa Karakoyun Red Crescent Association Afyonkarahisar Branch President Mehmet Yakin attended.
Sivri started the campaign by making the first blood donation. Pointing out the importance of blood donation in human life, Sivri said, It is of great importance to develop the awareness of blood donation in our country and to increase the falling blood donation stocks again. We know that one blood can give life to at least three people. This period, when blood donation rates decrease, is important for us. “I invite all our staff to donate blood,” he said.
