Vedat Bilgin, Minister of Labor and Social Security, announced that the payment periods of social security premium debts of workplaces and insurance holders in areas affected by forest fires will be postponed.

Minister Bilgin, on 28/7/2021, Aladağ, İmamoğlu, Karaisalı and Kozan districts of ADANA province, Manavgat, Akseki, Alanya, Gündoğmuş and Gazipaşa districts of ANTALYA, Aydıncık and Silifke districts of MERSİN province, Central and Kadirli districts of OSMANİYE and 29/7 He announced that the forest fires that took place in Marmaris, Bodrum, Milas, Köyceğiz and Seydikemer districts of Muğla province in 2021 affected the general life, therefore, due to the declaration of these places as disaster areas, the payment periods of the social security premium debts of the workplaces and insurance holders affected by the fires will be postponed.

Minister Bilgin stated that they will always continue to be there for all our citizens who are in a difficult situation.

Vedat Bilgin, Minister of Labor and Social Security, announced that necessary measures have been taken for citizens living in settlements affected by forest fires to access their medicines.

Minister Bilgin; He stated that the expired reports of chronic diseases are deemed valid, and that the patients continue to meet their medicines and medical supplies without going to the healthcare provider, and that they have taken all measures to ensure access to medicine for citizens whose homes were damaged due to fire and who could not buy medicine. Minister Bilgin stated that citizens who cannot take their medicines due to evacuation should apply to the nearest Provincial Directorates of Social Security or Social Security Centers where they live, and that they will continue to stand by all citizens affected by the fire.
