Narlıdere Municipality has completed its works to renovate Pir Sultan Abdal Park, which is the biggest social reinforcement area of the district. When the project is completed, a new concert center, multi-purpose halls, children's playgrounds, a tea garden and a parking lot for 100 vehicles will be added to the district. President Ali Engin said, “We are keeping the promise we made before the local elections. We will completely renovate the biggest park of our district and offer the most modern life valley of İzmir to the use of our people.”
TENDER WILL BE DONE SEPTEMBER
Narlıdere Municipality has come to an end in its efforts to renovate Pir Sultan Abdal Park, which is the largest social reinforcement area of Narlıdere with its 25 thousand square meter area, located in the district center. A tender will be held in mid-September for the project, which will be implemented jointly with the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality. At the end of the construction work, which is expected to take about two years, the district will have a brand new living center.
CONCERT AREA, MULTI-PURPOSE HALLS
In project scope; The 7-meter level difference between Pir Sultan Abdal Park and Mithatpaşa Street will be eliminated and the park will be equal to the road. A parking lot for 100 vehicles will be created under the ground. On the ground floor, a concert area, multi-purpose halls, children's playgrounds, resting points, walking paths and eating and drinking centers will be built. The green area ratio of the park will be doubled.
