To be employed in the General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs, within the framework of the "Principles Regarding Employment of Contracted Personnel", which was put into effect with the Article 657 (B) of the Civil Servants Law No. A total of 4 personnel will be recruited for the positions of 06.06.1978 Surface Mining Specialists and 7 Mine Surveying Specialists as a result of the written and oral entrance exams from the graduates of the departments listed below.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Surface Mining Specialist
The following conditions are sought for candidates who will apply for the entrance exam for the position of contracted personnel with the title of Surface Mining Specialist:

  • a) To meet the general conditions specified in subparagraph (A) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.
  • b) Not to have completed the age of forty as of the first day of January of the year in which the Entrance Exam is held. (Born after January 1, 1981)
  • c) To graduate from the departments specified in the table of the faculties that provide at least 4 years of education, or from one of the 4 year faculties whose equivalence is accepted by the Higher Education Council.
  • ç) To have at least five years of work experience in underground mining operations. (There must be at least 1800 valid days of insurance premium payment in total. The number of days of insurance premium payment will not be taken into account, except for underground mining operations.)
  • d) Not to be in a condition that prevents him from traveling for a long time in terms of health and performing the determined duties.
  • e) For male candidates, having completed their regular military service, being exempted, suspended or transferred to the reserve class.

Mine Surveying Specialist
The following conditions are sought for candidates who will apply for the entrance exam for the position of contracted personnel with the title of Mine Surveying Specialist:

  • a) To meet the general conditions specified in subparagraph (A) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.
  • b) Not to have completed the age of forty as of the first day of January of the year in which the Entrance Exam is held. (Born after January 1, 1981)
  • c) To graduate from the departments specified in the table of the faculties that provide at least 4 years of education, or from one of the 4 year faculties whose equivalence is accepted by the Higher Education Council.
  • ç) To have at least one year of professional work experience. (There must be a valid minimum of 360 days of insurance premium payment days in total. There is no requirement to work in mining enterprises in the calculation of the number of insurance premium payment days. In determining the professional experience; Service periods documented as an engineer by paying premiums to social security institutions in the private sector and contracted services subject to the Decree-Law No.
  • d) Not to be in a condition that prevents him from traveling for a long time in terms of health and performing the determined duties.
  • e) For male candidates, having completed their regular military service, being exempted, suspended or transferred to the reserve class.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, APPLICATION, PLACE AND DATE

Candidates can submit their applications between 25/08/2021 and 05/09/2021 until 23:59:59 on e-Government General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs – Career Gate Public Recruitment and Career Gate. https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr Applications made in person or by mail within the period specified in the announcement will not be accepted.
Documents to be uploaded to the system;

a) For candidates who will apply for the position with the title of "Underground Mining Specialist", it shows that they have worked for at least 5 (five) years in mining enterprises operating with the surface production method. https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/sgk-tescil-ve-hizmet-dokumu Barcode document obtained from the address (The relevant address contains the barcode of the service breakdown and includes the employer information. b) For candidates who will apply for the position with the title of “Underground Mining Specialist”, also, if any, the letter of the public institutions stating that they are working on the surface or the records of the Technical / Permanent Supervision,
c) Shows at least 1 (one) year of professional work experience for candidates who will apply for the position with the title of "Mineral Surveying Specialist" https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/sgk-tescil-ve-hizmet-dokumu Barcode document obtained from the address (The relevant address contains the barcode of the service breakdown and includes the employer information. Therefore, the applications of the candidates who do not have a barcode and employer information in the application documents will not be accepted.),
ç) For candidates who will apply for the position with the title of "Mineral Surveying Specialist", also, if any, a letter from public institutions stating that he is working as an engineer or a service document or documents approved with a stamp and wet signature obtained from the employer regarding his professional experience,
d) Detailed CV with photo, from candidates when necessary; The originals of the documents uploaded to the system can be requested.

Candidates who have graduated from departments other than the specified departments or equivalent departments of universities abroad and are able to apply must upload the relevant document to the "Document Indicating Equivalence" field under the "Your Other Documents" stage during the e-government application in order for their applications to be evaluated.

Candidates are required to upload the required documents to the system completely for each position they apply for. Candidates will be responsible for any mistakes or omissions in the uploaded documents.

During and after the application stage, the applications of the candidates who are found to have inaccurateness in the documents they uploaded to the system or any falsifications in the documents they upload will be deemed invalid, the contract will not be signed even if they take the exam and are successful.

After completing the application process, the candidates should check whether their application has been completed on the "My Applications" screen. Any application that does not show "Application Received" on the "My Applications" screen will not be considered.
