Kültür AŞ, a subsidiary of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), has launched a special project that excites the youth this summer. In cooperation with the culture and arts industry, unused seats at the Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open Air Theater were reserved for Istanbul residents aged 24 and under. With the project, young people from Istanbul meet free of charge with cultural and artistic activities. He has the opportunity to watch his favorite artist on stage without paying any fee.

IMM President Ekrem İmamoğlushared on his social media account about the application that excites the youth. Saying, “Young people now have empty seats at concerts,” İmamoğlu announced that young people can benefit from this opportunity free of charge with IstanbulKart.

'YOU SEAT'

Hundreds of students have participated in 36 events free of charge with the “Seat Your Seat” that started in July. The project, which will let young people watch unforgettable performances at the Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open Air Theatre, will continue in the fall as well. For the winter, different activity centers will be opened to young people within the scope of the same project.

'Young people who want to benefit from the project should apply to the "Seat Your Seat" desk at the entrance of the event area 1 hour before the event. The young people who get a queue number with the Istanbul Card whose HEPP Code has been verified are taken inside when the event starts, by evaluating the appropriate seat capacity. They are directed to the appropriate seats by the officials. Young people have the right to watch an event once a month so that more people can benefit from this opportunity.
