Emirates and Azul Linhas Aereas Brasileiras SA (Azul) have signed a codeshare agreement that will enable passengers to seamlessly travel between eight cities in Brazil and points in Emirates' global network, on round-trip flights via Sao Paulo.

This codeshare agreement has also been approved by the Brazilian Federal Aviation Authority (Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil).

Passengers on codeshare flights are Rio de Janeiro Santos Dumont (SDU), Belem (BEL) Belo Horizonte (CNF), Cuiaba (CGB), Curtiba (CWB), Juazeiro Do Norte (JDO), Porto Alegre (POA) and Recife (REC). ) will be able to travel easily with a single ticket, with round-trip flights operated by Azul over airports, and Emirates flights from Sao Paulo (GRU) to Dubai and many other destinations. Tickets will be available for purchase on Emirates' website or through Emirates' local sales offices and travel agents starting August 25, 2021 for travel starting 18 August 2021.
