The competition, which is open to all young people under the age of 25 and in which friendship from the eyes of young people will be adapted to the festival poster, is being held for the second time this year. The Red Crescent 4th International Friendship Short Film Festival organizes this competition with the aim of enriching friendship in the era we live in, designing posters about unity and solidarity, and building a bridge of friendship with cinema. In the competition where a special design for friendship is requested, it is required that there are original works that have not participated in any competition before and have not been exhibited anywhere.

Short Films to be Evaluated at the 4th Red Crescent International Friendship Short Film Festival
In the Main Competition section of the festival; directly or indirectly built on friendship and made after January 1, 2019; All films in fiction, animation and experimental genres, with English subtitles, not exceeding 20 minutes, including the credits, can apply until October 1, 2021.
In addition to this, productions in different formats such as documentary, animation, experimental and video-art, which do not exceed 30 minutes, without the limit of the production year, can also apply to the Forty Years of Remembering, Panorama and Humanitarian Perspective categories, which are screening sections.
