We will be able to use approximately 100 cubic meters of treated water per day for irrigation of fields and gardens. The waters will be discharged

President Soyer, who examined the construction of Ulucak Wastewater Treatment Plant, which is under construction by İZSU General Directorate, received information about the project from İZSU General Manager Aysel Özkan and toured the construction. The facility, which is under construction in Kemalpaşa Ulucak, will be the 5th wastewater treatment plant of İzmir, which is the first in Turkey in water treatment by treating 69 thousand cubic meters of domestic wastewater per day. The facility will serve 25 thousand people. The water disinfected with the ultraviolet method will be safely discharged. The facility, which was brought to life with an investment of 35 million lira, is expected to be put into service at the end of the year.
