In accordance with the provisions of the Transfer Regulation, 2020 (thirty) Minute Clerks, 3 (five) Technicians (Computers and Construction), 93 (thirty) Support Personnel (Servant, Waiter, Dishwasher and Driver), 94 (one) Bailiff, 30 (four) Programmers.

DATE AND FORM OF APPLICATIONS
Applications will start on Tuesday, 10/08/2021 and will end on Friday, 20/08/2021. Candidates will be able to apply to the post at the Career Gateway, alimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr.
Applications made in person, by post, courier or APS will not be accepted.
- To carry the general conditions specified in article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.
- Pursuant to the clause (b) of the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Regulation on Appointment and Transfer of Personnel of the Council of State, “For those who will be appointed to the Civil Service for the first time, not to have completed the age of 1 as of the last day of the year in which the exam announced by the Presidency will be held”. Not to be 35 years old as of the last day of 31/12/2021. (Those born on or after 35/31/12 can apply.)
- According to the results of 2020-KPSS undergraduate and 2020-KPSS secondary education/associate degree, at least 3 points for Clerk, Programmer, Bailiff, Technician (Computer and Construction) from KPSSP93, KPSSP94 for associate degree graduates, KPSSP70 for secondary education graduates, Support Personnel Having at least 60 points for (Servant, Waiter, Dishwasher and Driver).
- Being positive as a result of Security Investigation and Archive Research.
NOTE : The exams of those who are found to have made false statements in the application documents will be deemed invalid and the contract will not be signed. Even if the contract has been signed, it will be canceled and a criminal complaint will be filed against these persons to the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor.
In accordance with the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, in case the contract of contracted personnel is terminated by the institutions due to their violation of the principles of the service contract or the contract is terminated unilaterally within the contract period, it is not possible to be re-employed in contract personnel positions by public institutions and organizations, unless one year has passed from the date of termination.
