With the regulation made, the monthly premiums of those engaged in agricultural activities as 4B are paid from the general health insurance premium and the premiums of the short and long-term insurance branches until the end of January-June period of the year they belong to, and the premiums of the July-December period until the end of January of the following year. payment has been made.
With the said regulation, it was possible for agricultural insurance holders to pay their insurance premiums without delay penalty and delay increase in periods when they earn income from product sales and their ability to pay increases.

By regulating the monthly premiums paid by the non-permanent employees in agricultural and forestry works subject to Annex-5, the premiums of the January-June period of the year they belong to the general health insurance premium, the premiums of the short-term and long-term insurance branches are followed by the end of July, and the premiums of the July-December period. An arrangement was made to pay until the end of January of the following year.
