Hasan Pezük, General Manager of TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş, made inspections on the Ankara-Sivas YHT line and stations, which are planned to be put into operation this year.

Stating that the Ankara-Sivas YHT line project is coming to an end, Pezük said: “We are excitedly awaiting the commissioning of the 393 kilometers long Ankara-Sivas YHT line. With the expansion of our YHT lines, many of our cities will meet comfortable, convenient and time-saving advanced railway technology. Their economic, social and cultural lives will be mobilized. Our tests on our line continue. As our Minister announced, this line will be put into service of our people in 2021.” said.

Pezük, who visited TÜRASAŞ Sivas Regional Directorate and held a meeting about the maintenance and revision status of the planned freight wagons, said: “There has been an increase in the amount of freight, freight diversity and destinations in railway transportation during the pandemic process. We supply various types of freight wagons to meet these demands. The production of freight wagons also increases our service quality, as our vehicle fleet grows stronger and allows the transportation of different products in terms of both capacity and features. In this regard, we are in close cooperation with TÜRASAŞ. Thank you to everyone who contributed.”
