The 2022th Term Collective Agreement negotiations between 2023 and 6 between the General Authorized Union Transportation Officer-Sen in the Transportation Service Branch and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security have resulted in an agreement.

The Collective Agreement memorandum of understanding was signed at a ceremony held at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security between the Chairman of the Transportation Officer-Sen Kenan Çalışkan and the Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Bilgin.

In his statement after the signing ceremony, Transportation Officer-Sen Chairman Kenan Çalışkan stated that they signed an agreement in which significant gains were made to transportation employees as a result of Collective Agreement negotiations, and he wished that the Collective Agreement for the years 2022-2023 would be beneficial for the Transportation Service Branch.

The acquisition articles and content of the signed collective agreement text are as follows;

1- We ensured that all personnel working in our Service Branch were paid Protective Clothing assistance. (In the Central and Provincial Organization of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, TCDD, TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş., TÜRASAŞ, DHMİ, General Directorate of Civil Aviation)

2- We have increased the Aviation Compensation by 50% at DHMI.

3- We increased the Aviation Compensation by 50% in the General Directorate of Civil Aviation.

4- We increased the Night Work Fee by 100% to 200 TL.

5- We have ensured that Overtime Wages are increased by 4 times. (at TCDD, TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş., TÜRASAŞ and DHMI General Directorates)

6- We increased the collective bargaining bonus of our union members to 400 TL

7- We increased the additional payment of RFF Officers working at DHMI by 90 TL (5 points).

8- We increased the additional payment of Armed Protection Security Officers by 145 TL (8 points), and the additional payment of the Unarmed by 55 TL (3 points).

9- We increased the Catenary Compensation by 82% to 100 TL.

10- We tripled the overtime pay of the personnel working in the Port Authority.

11- We have ensured that the Land Compensation paid in SEEs are indexed to the highest civil servant salary, and increased by 70% on average to 54 – 35 – 22 TL per day according to the groups.

12- We increased the compensation of YHT Machinists by 26% to 120 TL.

13- We increased the Tube Tunnel Compensation of Marmaray personnel by 50% to 9 TL per day.

14- We increased the additional payments of the managers who are subject to the Schedule No. 399/1 in SEEs.

15- We increased the additional payments of the doctors working in our institutions by 12 points.
