Aselsan won four awards in the 'Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards' for its human resources projects it has implemented to contribute to its employees.

ASELSAN; It received a gold award in the “Best Learning Technology” category, silver in the “Best Education Team” and “Best Evaluation and Funding Strategy”, and bronze in the “Best Use of Social Learning” category.

Gold Award for Education

The studies carried out on a BİL-GE platform, the ASELSAN Learning Management System launched in 2019 for the purpose of carrying out learning and development activities holistically through a single system and providing digital training opportunities to employees, won the gold award in the "Best Learning Technology" category as a result of the evaluations of the jury.

The Only Turkish Company

Conducted within the scope of talent acquisition for the last year students of the faculty of engineering and economics and administrative sciences; “ASELSAN a Talent” program, which is one of the most rooted talent programs in Turkey and enriched its content by redesigning in 2019, was awarded a silver award in the category of “Talent Acquisition” in the category of “Best Evaluation and Sourcing Strategy” and is the only Turkish company to receive an award in this category. It became ASELSAN.

In the light of its development value, ASELSAN stood by its colleagues with trainings designed specifically for the pandemic period, and was awarded the silver award in the category of "Best Training Team" by learning with its employees, interns and stakeholders with the learning and development projects it carried out in 2020.

One of the prominent learning and development projects of 2020, the "Knowledge Sharing Program", which aims to share corporate knowledge and encourage a culture of learning from each other, was awarded the bronze award in the "Best Use of Social Learning" category.
