The Ministry of National Defense announced that three soldiers were killed and two soldiers were injured as a result of the explosion of a hand-made explosive planted by terrorists in the Claw-Lightning Operation region.
In the statement made by the Ministry of National Defense; “As a result of the explosion of the IED, which was placed by terrorists in the Claw Yıldırım Operation region, on August 15, 2021, three of our heroic comrades were martyred, two of our heroic comrades were injured, and they were immediately taken to the hospital and their treatment started.
We wish God's mercy on our martyrs who lost their lives in this incident that left us with deep pain and sadness, our condolences and patience to their grieving families, the Turkish Armed Forces and our noble nation, and a speedy recovery to our wounded.” it was said.
