If the diagnosis of the disease is not made in the first examination, endoscopy technique can be applied. Endoscopy is mostly preferred in people over the age of 40. The gastritis problem seen in young people is understood in the first examination, drug treatment is started and medication is given, and the acids in the stomach that cause the gastritis problem are tried to be reduced.
The cause of the disease should also be considered in the treatment.
Emphasizing that the cause of the disease is also examined before the treatment of gastritis, Assoc. Dr. Abdulcabbar Kartal said, “If stomach acids cause the formation of the disease, the person is first given medication to remove the acids in the stomach. With this drug, stomach acid is tried to be eliminated. If the helicobacter pylori bacteria causes gastritis, at least 2 different antibiotic supplements and the drug that should be used for only two weeks are recommended. If the person with gastritis is using blood thinners and anti-rheumatic drugs, he should stop these drugs or reconsider the necessity of use.
