TÜV Austria Turk Awarded Safe Tourism Certificate to 980 Facilities

TÜV Austria Turk, which operates in the field of surveillance, inspection, training and certification in Turkey by using its national and international authorities, entered our lives with the pandemic; certifies safe tourism. The company, which has given Safe Tourism Certificate to 980 facilities to date, ensures sustainability in the tourism sector by regularly auditing the enterprises that have received the certificate.

TÜV Austria Turk, the TÜRKAK-accredited Type-A Inspection Organization operating worldwide with its accreditations and competencies, continues to contribute to the sectors of Turkey by adding new ones to its certification services. Within the scope of the Safe Tourism Certification Program, which entered our lives with the pandemic, under the leadership of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, with the contributions of the Ministries of Health, Transport, Interior and Foreign Affairs and with the cooperation of all sector stakeholders; The company, which inspects tourism businesses, services and employees, has so far inspected 590 facilities, including 90 accommodation facilities, 300 food and beverage facilities, and 980 sea tourism facilities, and delivered their documents. In addition, the facilities that are entitled to receive Safe Tourism certificates from TÜV AustriaTurk, and the vaccination applications for tourism personnel initiated by the Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA) continue uninterruptedly.

Within the scope of TÜV Austria Turk, Safe Tourism Certificate program, in the criteria determined by the relevant ministries; It inspects accommodation, food and beverage facilities, tour and transfer vehicles, congress and art facilities, theme parks, mechanical lines and sea tourism enterprises and certifies the compliance of the enterprises with the hygiene and health rules. It also regularly sends inspectors to the facilities to check the continuity of the criteria.

We have provided services to businesses that want to get certificates by shifting all our experience to this field. During this period, we inspected 980 facilities and delivered Safe Tourism Certificates. We check the continuity of these criteria with regular checks.
