Within the scope of the audit; Procedures prepared for Covid-19, risk analysis, social distance practices, cleaning and disinfection processes, use of masks and visors, health screening activities, density management at terminal entrances and areas with high passenger flow, use of technology and contactless transactions, personnel training and working environment , the operation of the plans related to the stakeholders at the airport and the committees established for Covid were evaluated.

İGA recorded the examples of applications in which the health and hygiene conditions in all areas of Istanbul Airport were brought to the fore, to the questions of the International Airports Council (ACI) inspectors.
