Karşıyaka The third of the street festivals organized by the Municipality to support women entrepreneurs and musicians, while adding color to the hot summer evenings, was held in the Fikri Altay District. Ahmet Beko Sports Facilities hosted the two-day festival, which was organized with the slogan "Come too".

The Pearls of the Aegean Women Entrepreneurs Cooperative and Karşıyaka Members of the Entrepreneurial Women's Cooperative and local women sold their handicraft products. The second evening of the event started with the folklore team of Çamdibi Güreler Rumeli Immigrants Association. Afterwards, Murat Matracı gave an unforgettable musical feast to about a thousand people. One of the guests who had the most enjoyable time of the event, where citizens of all ages enjoyed themselves, was 90-year-old Yaşar Günay. Günay, who participated in the concert with a walking stick in one hand and the Turkish flag in the other, accompanied the songs with enthusiasm. Karşıyaka Mayor Cemil Tugay also danced halay with the folklore team and the residents of the neighborhood. Also, KarşıyakaZafer Falay, grandson of Fikri Altay, the first mayor of , attended the event as the guest of honor and made a speech. The next stop of the festival series with the slogan "Come too", which attracts great attention, will be Bahariye Mahallesi on 7-8 July.
