Women pedaled 107 kilometers on the challenging track that started from Cumhuriyet Square and ended in front of the Anatolian Wonderland Zoo with the U-Turn at Sivas Road, Bünyan, Sultanhanı junction, and the return from the same road. Metropolitan Municipality, Transportation Inc., Spor A.Ş., Erciyes A.Ş., Velo Erciyes, International Erciyes Road Cycling Races supported by ORAN Development Agency, including cyclists from Turkey, America, Russia, 18 athletes from 250 countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium, Ukraine, Belarus, Panama, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Morocco, Kuwait, Iran, Iraq and South Africa participate.
ATHLETES ARE fascinated with AWESOME Scenes
Athletes are fascinated by the magnificent views of the historical places they pedal, as well as the bicycle race. In the races that will last until Sunday, July 25, 2021, the athletes will have the opportunity to get to know the city closely with the bicycle races they will organize in many regions that are beautiful and historical natural beauties, from Ağırnas to Develi, from Tomarza to Yahyalı and from Yeşilhisar to Erciyes. A DIFFICULT AND EXCITING ROUTE AWAITS ATHLETES TOMORROW
A challenging and exciting track will be waiting for the athletes in the next leg of the races tomorrow. In the Grand Prix Kayseri race, women will pedal on the 09.00-kilometer Valilik-Organize-Hacılarkapı track at 87, and in the Grand Prix Kayseri race, the men will pedal on the 15.00-kilometer Valilik-Organize Sanayi-Hacılarkapı track at 136.
RACES WILL BE HELD ON A TOTAL 1.174,9 KM COURSE
The Velo Erciyes 8 UCI International Erciyes Road Bike Races, which will continue throughout July and will take place in 2021 stages, will take place on a total of 1.174,9 kilometers.
