We have completed the second period of our Building Design Competition, which has great effort and valuable work behind it, under the theme of 'Innovative Approaches in the Urban Area'. In 2019, when we started this competition, our biggest goal was to reveal the creative potential of our country and to increase the innovative uses of cement. In this context, we gathered students, professionals and our industry around a goal. This year, we set out with the slogan 'Let's Use Our Idle Spaces in Cities Together'. 96 projects, each more valuable than the other and prepared with great effort, applied to our competition; Our jury awarded 14 projects after their meticulous evaluations. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the teams who applied, especially the award winners, and everyone who shared their experience with our Building Design Contest.”

ÇALBIYIK underlined that they will also take responsibility for the realization of the projects deemed worthy of the award; “Our new task is to ensure that the projects that have won awards and that have won awards are implemented. We have significant experience and method knowledge in this regard. The Green Concrete project, which won the third prize in the professional category in the first competition we organized in 2019 with the theme of 'Innovative Steps in the Public Space', was realized at the Headquarters of our Union and the Youth Center located within the borders of Mardin Yeşilli Municipality. In order to implement different projects, we support the wishes of our municipalities to bring together innovative works with city stakeholders. We look forward to bringing the winning projects of this year together with our citizens in the appropriate regions of our cities by collaborating with public institutions. As ÇEİS, we are ready to do our part during the implementation process," he concluded.
