While the works on the 614-house project started in Aliağa Yeni Mahalle by the Mass Housing Administration of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization (TOKİ), two blocks were completed in the project. Work continues on the 3rd block.
The project, for which the tender was made on March 31, 2020 and the site was delivered to the contractor company in July, consisted of 33 blocks, while the foundations of 8 blocks were laid. The floors are getting higher day by day in the construction site where the construction machines work non-stop. The residences are scheduled to be completed in 2022.
RIGHT OWNERS IDENTIFIED IN JULY 2019
With the drawing of lots in July 614 in the TOKİ project of 2019 residences; 38 beneficiaries from the quota of martyrs and veterans, 30 from the disabled quota, 150 from the retired quota and 382 from the other quotas were determined. The project, which is expected to be completed in 2022, includes a total of 314 residences, of which 2 are 1+300 and 3 are 1+614. 2+1 houses will consist of gross 75 and 85 square meters, and 3+1 houses will consist of gross 100 square meters. The project also includes a mosque, a primary school, 32 shops, a parking lot for 384 cars, 21 disabled car parks, as well as 5 playgrounds for children.
FIRST INSTALLMENTS AFTER DELIVERY OF THE HOUSING
Eligible citizens will start their installment payments as of the month following the housing delivery date. 2 percent down payment for 1+12 qualified residences, 180 months maturity, 20 months for 240 percent down payment; For 3+1 qualified residences, 10% down payment is applied with a maturity of 120 months, and for 20% down payment, a 180-month installment is applied.
