Turkey's long-running marathon 'Uludağ Premium Ultra Trail' started with the participation of nearly 1500 local and foreign athletes. Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş, who gave the start of the 16 and 6 kilometer races, said that the races, which will continue to grow every year, will make a significant contribution to the recognition of Bursa and Uludağ.
The 'Uludağ Premium Ultra Trail', which was held for the third time this year at the summit of Uludağ, with the support and contributions of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, which has implemented many brand events for youth and children to meet with sports, started with the participation of local and foreign athletes. “Uludağ Premium Ultra Trail”, organized under the coordination of the Metropolitan Municipality Youth and Sports Services Department, is organized in 3 general classification and 1 different age categories. Around 5 athletes registered for the long-running marathon. The longest stage of the race, which brings the athletes together at the summit of Uludağ with 1500, 66, 30 and 16 kilometer stages, is 6 kilometers. Marathon runners witnessed the unique beauty of Uludağ by passing Zeyniler, Cumalıkızık, Kürekli Waterfall, Saitabat Waterfall, Glacial Ponds, Uludağ Summit, Softaboğan Waterfall, Bakacak, Kurbağa Kaya and Sarıalan.

The marathoners, who stated that they were happy to have an unforgettable experience, struggled to overcome the difficulties they encountered in the forest. Can Ayaz, who finished first in the 16-kilometer stage, and President Alinur Aktaş presented the medals to the winners.
