Two leading French brands in the industry, Motul and Peugeot Motocycles, signed a special worldwide agreement for the use of Motul oils.

For a motorcyclist, there are few things more exhilarating than speeding through traffic. Motorcycle owners rely on the motorcycles of the Peugeot brand to enjoy this pleasure all over the world, regardless of rain and mud. However, stop-and-go traffic and weather conditions can be challenging for motorcycles. That's why Peugeot Motocycles, one of the world's oldest motorcycle manufacturers, has chosen to partner with Motul as its official lubricant supplier.

As part of the cooperation between these two brands, all new motorcycles produced in Peugeot Motocycles' production facilities in France and China will be used as transmission, gear and brake fluids, filling fluids, as well as Motul's proven engine oils.

Following this comprehensive agreement, Peugeot motorcycles will be offered with two- and four-stroke Motul engine oils, designed for stop-and-go driving and incorporating the latest innovations to maximize performance and reduce emissions.

Announcing the partnership, Motul's Managing Director of Business Development, Olivier Montange, said: “We are delighted to partner with Peugeot Motocycles, a brand that has brought freedom to people in the city and the countryside for decades. Peugeot is a brand that shares the same heritage, innovation, technology and quality values with us. It is a truly exciting opportunity to collaborate with a market-leading motorcycle brand for efficiency and improvement.” said.

Matthieu Brinon, Director of Sales, Marketing and Communications, Peugeot Motocycles added: “At Peugeot Motocycles we have a long and rich history of urban mobility innovation. Our products are designed for the feeling of freedom and driving. “But we know city riding can be challenging for bikes, so we wanted a partner who can help us deliver the performance and reliability our customers expect, while also sharing our heritage, vision and passion for innovation.”
