Public transportation vehicles will provide free service in the capital Ankara during the Eid al-Adha. In addition, there will be additional bus and train services depending on the passenger density. It is also among the information announced by the EGO General Directorate that ring service will be offered between certain routes.
According to the statement made by the EGO General Directorate, EGO buses, Metro and Ankaray will provide free service on 20, 21, 22 and 23 July. During the holiday, there will be additional bus and train services depending on the passenger density.
In accordance with the decision taken by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Council, “On religious and national holidays until the first Local Administration elections, from 06.00 to 24.00 at night, free use of public transportation services provided by EGO General Directorate's buses, rail systems and cable cars …” During the Feast of Sacrifice, which lasts for four days, they will be able to benefit from public transportation services provided by the EGO General Directorate free of charge.
The work schedule on Saturday, 19 July 2021, the eve of the EGO General Directorate buses; On Tuesday, July 20, 2021, the first day of Eid al-Adha, with the Sunday work program; On 21-22-23 July 2021, which coincides with the second, third and fourth days of the Eid al-Adha, services will be provided according to the Saturday work schedule.
The second reason to use the Karşıyaka Ring service will be provided between 4 am and 2 pm during the feast with a total of 1 solo EGO buses, 7 in the Cemetery, 08.00 in the Sincan-Cimşit Cemetery and 18.00 in Ortaköy Cemetery.

In our public transportation services, during the Eid al-Adha, additional bus and train services will be provided immediately in order to prevent our citizens from becoming victims, depending on the passenger density, during the instant observations by the field inspection officers, Bus Fleet Tracking and Rail System Control Centers.
