Hyundai Assan continues its SUV model offensive in Turkey with the New Santa Fe. The new Santa Fe is offered for sale with a 230 hp 1.6 liter T-GDI Hybrid engine option. Offering premium inspirations in the SUV segment, Santa Fe also draws attention with its technological features.
Hyundai Assan, which attracted all the attention by offering the B-SUV model BAYON last week, now maintains its claim in the SUV segment with the New Santa Fe. Standing out with its technological features, stylish design and spacious interior, the New Santa Fe also exhibits a very successful stance with its premium material quality and powerful engine. Santa Fe, which is of great importance as Hyundai's best-selling and also the most well-known model all over the world, is positioned in the D-SUV segment.

As a part of Hyundai's new design features, Santa Fe reveals its new design identity with its front grille combined with LED headlights and daytime running lights (DRL). The wide grille gives the New Santa Fe a bold character, while the geometric pattern on the grille adds a stereoscopic look. The new T-shaped daytime running lights complement the solid character of the exterior of the car and make it recognizable even from the farthest distance.
Moving on 19-inch wheels, Santa Fe also supports its muscular and modern structure with sporty front and rear bumpers.
Equipped with the next-generation 1.6-liter T-GDi “Smartstream” engine, the premium car is the first model to use Hyundai's new Continuously Variable Valve Time (CVVD) technology. This system, which prioritizes fuel efficiency as well as performance, has the "Low Pressure Exhaust Gas Recirculation (LP EGR)" feature to further optimize the engine. The CVVC system provides a noticeable increase in performance by regulating the opening and closing time of the valve according to driving conditions. It also offers improvements in fuel efficiency and emissions.
Among other improvements, Hyundai also includes electrification in the Santa Fe model. Supporting the turbo petrol engine with hybrid technology, Hyundai offers engine performance and fuel economy together, thus meeting customer expectations in the SUV segment in the best way possible. Produced with a brand new platform, Santa Fe makes the work of electric powertrains easier as well as significant improvements in safety. The direct injection turbocharged engine produces 44.2 horsepower in combination with the 230 kW electric motor, while providing a maximum torque of 350 Nm. This electric motor, which transfers its power to a 1.49 kWh lithium-ion polymer battery, reduces the emission and fuel consumption values of Santa Fe, especially in urban traffic, while contributing to performance at the same time.
New Santa Fe, which is offered for sale in Turkey with only one equipment option and engine type, draws the attention of crowded families with its 7-seat seating arrangement. The front and rear seats of the car, which has leather upholstery, are heated, while the front seats have a cooling feature. While the improved steering system also has a heating feature, there is an electronic gear panel on the front console. The feeling of spaciousness is enhanced by using a button system instead of the traditional gear levers.
Having a very premium ambiance, Santa Fe is equipped with a large 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. Another noteworthy equipment in the cockpit is the 10.25-inch infotainment screen, which we are familiar with from other Hyundai SUV models. Supported by the Krell music system, this screen also has Apple Car Play and Android Auto connectivity. The wireless charging system, which is today's requirement, is also offered in Santa Fe.
The 360-degree camera system, which comes to the aid of the driver during parking or maneuvers in congested areas, is one of the safety equipment of Santa Fe. Equipped with smart cruise control with stop and go feature, lane keeping assistant, lane keeping assistant and front collision avoidance assistant, Santa Fe also has an electric tailgate.
