Statement About Flamethrower Drone from EGM

The General Directorate of Security (EGM) made a written press statement about the flamethrowing drone shared on some social media accounts.

In the written statement made by the EGM, the following statements were used: “The images shared on some social media accounts that flames are spewed from an aircraft, which is considered to be a drone, have nothing to do with Turkey. The images in question, which are tried to be shown as the cause of the forest fires throughout the country, were taken from a foreign film and served by trying to create the perception of being real.
