The date of July 24, 2021, when Mr. Karaismailoğlu stated that he broke the record, and that the pandemic restrictions were not applied months later; It also coincides with the end of the Eid-al-Adha holiday, which lasts for 9 days. It would be an erroneous view to evaluate BOT projects over a period when the traffic on intercity roads will reach its peak.
ATTEMPT TO MAKE WARRANTIES
Apart from the Osmangazi Bridge and the Izmir-Istanbul Highway, there are many highways and bridges in Turkey with vehicle and income guarantees.
