Continuing its international investments without slowing down, TAV Operation Services begins to serve under the "HelloSky" lounge brand at Italy's third busiest international airport, Bergamo Milan.

TAV Operation Services subsidiary, Barcelona-based airport hospitality services company GIS, introduced the new passenger lounge, which will become operational as of June under the 'HelloSky' brand for Milan Bergamo Airport in Italy. The new HelloSky Lounge will be allocated to domestic and international flights at Milan Bergamo Airport, with a 750 m2 size and a seating capacity of 130 people. The lounge is located in the additional terminal, which was expanded in 2020, just in front of the new passport control area. The lounge consists of 10 different sections, including the passenger lounge, resting and working areas, meeting rooms, food and beverage area, smoking room, shower and toilet. Inspired by the city of Bergamo in its design, HelloSky Milan Bergamo Lounge aims to provide solutions to all kinds of needs of passengers and to have a comfortable time during their travels. Prepared with a dynamic approach and adapted to different times of the day, the menu offers various options, including local flavors.

In addition to offering pay-per-use options for the convenience of guests, GIS will follow strict COVID-19 procedures to create the safest possible environment at HelloSky Bergamo Lounge. HelloSky Milan Bergamo Lounge serves as the second service of the HelloSky brand after the successful HelloSky Roma at Fiumicino Airport. HelloSky's brand philosophy consists of dynamism, comfort, quality, flexibility and customization. HelloSky Lounge aims to be a reference as one of the best lounges in Italy and Europe.
