To the Attention of Candidates Who Will Apply for Requests

A-General Considerations

1) Candidates who meet the conditions of the request can be sent from İŞKUR provincial directorates, service centers, service points or service points within 5 days from the date of publication of the announcement. https://esube.iskur.gov.tr They will be able to apply via the internet address by logging in to the Job Seeker link with their TR ID number and password. When the application deadline falls on a holiday, applications will end on the first business day following.

2) Only one application will be accepted, in line with the preference of the job seeker, whose application dates overlap, and who meet the demand for more than one labor force of the same public institution and organization.

3) Priority candidates who will apply for Worker Requests will select the list they will apply by marking them during the application. List change requests will not be accepted after the application period has expired.

4) The final lists, which are created in a way that does not exceed four times the number of vacant jobs, and five times the number of vacant jobs in career professions, starting from the score advantage of job seekers applying for worker demands subject to KPSS and the oldest dated documents for priority candidates, according to the priority document dates will be sent to the requesting public institutions and organizations.

5) All of the job seekers and priorities applying for the requests subject to the lottery will be sent to the requesting public institutions and organizations for drawing lots.

6) In natural labor demands, where the workers to be recruited will be determined only by a notary drawing, the actual number of candidates as much as the number of vacant jobs and the required number of candidates will be determined directly as a result of the lottery among all applicants who meet the demand conditions, including the priorities.

7) Candidates who entered the lists by applying to the Worker's Requests, regarding whether they meet the requirements; educational status, experience, priority status, professional document, foreign language requirement, etc. They will submit their documents to the public institution and organization that made the request. The date and place of the document delivery will be announced to the candidates in the labor announcement or on the website of public institutions and organizations. Those who cannot document their situation or make false statements will be removed from the lists and other people in the list may be included in their place.

8) The exam date, time and place and the candidates who are entitled to take the exam will be announced on the website of the public institution and organization that will recruit workers. This announcement will be accepted as a notification, and no separate notification will be made to the address of the candidates by mail.

9) Among those who have the right of priority, those who do not respond to the permanent or temporary labor force demand they apply for, except for force majeure, do not attend the exam, refuse the job or are placed in a job as a permanent employee in the public sector, although they are invited by the employer.

10) In the applications made to the worker demands of public institutions and organizations, the first settlement address of the persons registered in the Address Based Population Registration System will be taken into account. The applications of candidates who move their residence to the place where the demand will be met within the application period of the worker demands published at the district, provincial or regional level will not be accepted. Regarding the change of residence, the date of registration in the Population Directorate will be taken as a basis in the inquiry made in the Address Based Population Registration System. If the candidates who change their residence in the place where their request will be met, submit the Address Information Report to be obtained from the Population Directorates to the Institution Unit within the application period, an application for the relevant labor force request is made.

11) The right of İŞKUR and the requesting public institutions and organizations to take legal action regarding the invalidation of the application and cancellation of the employment of those who provide false documents or make statements are reserved.

3- TO WORK IN SHIFT ON OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS, WEEKEND HOLIDAYS AND OTHER DAYS ON THE INTERIOR AND EXTERNAL FIELD CLEANING OF THE HEALTH PRACTICE AND RESEARCH CENTERS AND INTENSIVE CARE UNITS OF OUR UNIVERSITY.

HISTORY AND PLACE

1. The list of names of those who will participate in the notary drawing will be held on Tuesday, 22/06/2021 (http://istanbulc.edu.tr http://personel.istanbulc.edu.tr) will be published in the ANNOUNCEMENTS section of the website.

2. The drawing of lots in the presence of a notary public will be held on Thursday, 24/06/2021 at 10:00 am at Istanbul University- Cerrahpaşa Avcılar Campus Reading Hall (Üniversite Mah. Bağlarici Cad. No: 7 Avcılar- Istanbul).

3. The list of principals and substitutes who are entitled to participate in the interview exam as a result of the notary draw will be published in the ANNOUNCEMENTS section of the website of our University (istanbulc.edu.tr and staff.istanbulc.edu.tr). This announcement will be accepted as a notification, and no separate notification will be made to the address of the interested parties by mail.

ORAL EXAM PROCEDURES

1. The lists sent by the relevant notary as a result of the drawing, the place and date of the oral exam can be followed on our university's corporate website (istanbulc.edu.tr andpersonel.istanbulc.edu.tr), and no written notification will be made.

2. By the examination board, a sufficient number of substitute candidates, equal to the number of vacant workers, are determined. Those who do not start work and those who leave within 60 days are replaced, starting from the first row of the reserve list.

3. Principal and alternate candidates will be announced on the University's website (istanbulc.edu.tr andpersonel.istanbulc.edu.tr).

4. In cases where a practical exam is required, the principles and procedures are determined by the exam board.

COMMISSIONING PROCEDURES

Candidates who are entitled to start the duty will start their duty on the date to be determined as a result of the Approval of the Authorized Supervisor procedures. Applications of those who provide false documents or make statements will be deemed invalid.

4. A document showing that he has not received retirement, old-age or invalidity pension from SSI.

7. Health Report (Approved by 5 Physicians, 1 Physician with the Condition of Being a Psychiatrist)
