The school gyms, which were brought to Istanbul by the IMM, will continue to host children during the summer break. 26 halls in 47 districts of the city will host free Summer Sports Schools. In the schools where free sports education will be given in 15 different branches, children will discover their sports skills while having fun.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) will open summer sports schools for students to spend their summer holidays more efficiently. In the Summer Sports Schools, children's social, cultural and sports activities will contribute to the development of their physical and mental health. In the Summer Sports Schools, which will start on June 21, children will have a more energetic and fun time and will discover their sports skills.
SPORTS EDUCATION IN 15 BRANCHES
Free Summer Sports Schools, which will be organized by the IMM Youth and Sports Directorate, will be held in school gardens and in sports halls where both children and adults can do sports 365 days a year. In schools where children between the ages of 7 and 14 will be hosted, sports training will be given in 15 different branches.
26 DISTRICT, 47 GYM HALL
The sports schools, which will start in 26 halls in 47 districts of Istanbul, will continue until 27 August. Children will not be charged for sports training to be given by physical education teachers, trainers and experts.
Registration for IMM School Sports Halls Summer Sports Schools will be made by applying to the halls in person. The contact information and locations of the halls can be accessed at genclikspor.ibb.istanbul.
Sports trainings to be given at the School Gyms Summer Sports Schools, which will be held between 09:00 and 13:00 on weekdays, will be in the following branches:
