Emirates ramps up operations and expands service network to meet growing demand for leisure travel throughout the summer as passenger entry restrictions ease

The airline is gradually and safely rebuilding its network and developing strategies to optimize its presence in key markets to serve travelers visiting friends and relatives, as well as leisure and growing business travel demand. Emirates currently serves 115 global destinations. By the end of July, it will have regained close to 124% of its pre-pandemic flight network, with 880 flights per week to 90 cities.

The airline will resume service to seven more cities in July: Venice on 1 July; Phuket, Nice, Orlando and Mexico City on July 2; Lyon on 9 July and Malta on 14 July. Emirates will also begin flights to Miami, Florida's second largest city and one of the world's most popular holiday destinations, from July 22.
