Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, which facilitates the lives of citizens living in Kocaeli with the projects it has implemented, is implementing another of its investments in Dilovası district. One of the most important needs of the district, the first excavation was made for the "Dilovası Multi-Storey Car Park and Covered Market Place" project. Construction Control Department teams started excavations within the scope of the project.
EXCAVATION STARTED
The second step was taken after the tender in the project, which will meet the needs of the citizens in Dilovası, both for parking and for a market place. Metropolitan Municipality teams started excavation work in the area where the parking lot will be built. After the excavation excavation, the foundation work of the building will be carried out. The project will cost 10 million 441 thousand TL.
IT WILL BE BUILT IN THE REPUBLIC NEIGHBORHOOD WITH 4 STORIES
Multi-storey car park and market place, one of the most important needs of Dilovası district, will be built by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality in Cumhuriyet Quarter with 4 floors. The project, which will be built at a point close to Çardaktepe Mosque, has an area of 3 thousand 33 square meters, while the total construction area has been determined as 7 thousand 398 square meters.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN
Within the scope of the planning, the building will be constructed in four floors as the ground floor, the 1st basement, the 2nd basement and the 3rd basement. Within the scope of the project, there will be a parking lot for 57 cars and a market place on the ground floor, and a parking lot and a market place for 1 cars on the first basement floor. On the 53nd basement floor, there will be a parking lot for 2 cars, and on the 38rd basement floor, there will be police and headman's rooms, a prayer room for men and women, an electrical room, WC and a parking lot for 3 cars.
AN IMPORTANT NEED OF THE DISTRICT WILL BE MET
The biggest market of Dilovası district is established on İbn-i Sina Street in Cumhuriyet District. At the same time, the market set up on Ibn-i Sina Street, one of the busiest streets of the district, caused traffic density in the district center. The Multi-Storey Car Park and Covered Market Place, which will be implemented by the Metropolitan Municipality, will also ease the traffic of the district with its more modern and orderly form. With the project, both parking and market place needs of citizens living in the district will be met.
