Presidency of Supreme Election Board to Recruit 9 Contracted Personnel

Under the command of the Supreme Election Board, General Directorate of Electoral Roll, in accordance with Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4 and the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 06.06.1978 and numbered 7/15754; Based on the Public Personnel Selection Exam scores (KPSS B group), 6 Contract Analysts and 3 Contract Programmers will be recruited. APPLICATION CONDITIONS

 General Terms and Conditions

1. To meet the conditions specified in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.
2. Not receiving pension or old age pension from the Social Security Institution.
3. To get at least 2020 in the KPSSP3 score type in the Public Personnel Selection Exam of 60.
4. To have scored at least (D) level in the Foreign Language Exam (YDS) or to have received the points determined by ÖSYM, equivalent to YDS (D) level in exams other than YDS (The decision of ÖSYM regarding the equivalence and validity period of foreign language exam result documents will be based on the "Foreign Language Exams Equivalences" valid as of the application deadline of this announcement.)
5. While working in Public Institutions and Organizations on a contract basis pursuant to Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, the Institutions' contract has not been terminated due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract within the last year, or the contract has not been terminated unilaterally within the contract period.
6. Not to have a disease that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.

Candidates can only apply to one of the Contracted Analyst and Contracted Programmer positions.

B- Special Conditions to be Required for the Contracted Solver Position
1- Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Forensic Informatics Engineering of universities and faculties of Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Computer Informatics, Computer Information Systems, Computer Technology and To graduate from the Department of Information Systems, Information Systems and Technologies, Information Technologies, Mathematics-Computer, Computer and Instructional Technologies Education or from higher education institutions in Turkey or abroad whose equivalence has been accepted by the Higher Education Council.

2- To have at least 50 (one) year of experience in public or private sector system centers with at least 1 (fifty) internal and external users and to document this.

C- Special Conditions for Contract Programmer Position
Universities' Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Forensic Informatics Engineering and faculties' Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Computer Informatics, Computer Information Systems, Computer Technology and Information Systems , Information Systems and Technologies, Information Technologies, Mathematics-Computer, Computer and Instructional Technologies Teaching Department Engineering faculties to graduate from departments that include computer programming languages ​​in the curriculum or to graduate from higher education institutions in Turkey or abroad whose equivalence has been accepted by the Higher Education Council.

 APPLICATION TIME, FORM, PLACE AND OTHER MATTERS
Application Date: Applications will start at 14.06.2021:09.00 on 23.06.2021 and end at 17.00 on XNUMX.

Application Method: Applications are made on the official website of the Supreme Election Council (https://www.ysk.gov.tr) "Candidate Application Form" will be made in electronic environment by filling in completely and correctly.

Applications that do not comply with the conditions specified in the announcement and applications made by mail or other communication channels will not be accepted.

Candidates 10 (ten) times the number of staff to be appointed will be invited to the oral exam. Ranking will be made starting from the candidate with the highest score from the KPSS P3 score type among the candidates with the required qualifications. If there is more than one candidate who has the same score as the last candidate, all of these candidates will be called for the oral exam.

The list of candidates who qualify for the oral exam and the place of the exam will be announced on the official website of the Supreme Election Board. Applicants who do not qualify for the oral exam will not be notified.
