From the Rectorate of Manisa Celal Bayar University; Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel published in the Official Gazette dated 657 and numbered 4 attached to the Decree dated 06.06.1978 and numbered 7/15754, in order to be employed according to paragraph (B) of Article 28.06.2007 of the Civil Servants Law No.26566 and to be covered from the special budget. REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANT CANDIDATES
General conditions:
1- The following general conditions specified in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48 are sought for candidates to apply:
a) Being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
b) Not to be deprived of public rights.
c) Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; Crimes against the security of the State, crimes against the constitutional order and its functioning, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, fraud, abuse of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, bid rigging, fraud in the performance of the act, laundering of assets arising from crime
or not to be convicted of trafficking crimes.
d) For male candidates in terms of military service status; Not having any connection with military service, having completed active duty or postponed or transferred to the reserve class, if he or she has not reached the age of military service.
e) Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 657 of Law No. 53, not having mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.
Special conditions
1- Candidates who will apply must have all the required qualifications opposite the qualification code they applied for and must document this.
2- To have taken the KPSS exam. (2020 KPSS P3 for undergraduate graduates, 2020 KPSS P93 for associate degree graduates, 2020 KPSS P94 for secondary education graduates. Candidates' KPSS score must be in accordance with the education requirement in the qualification code they apply for.)
3- Not receiving any retirement or old age pension from any Social Security Institution.
4- There is no obstacle to working seizure.

APPLICATION FORM, PLACE AND TIME
Applications will be made only as an online application from the web page of our university "declared.mcbu.edu.tr" between 26/05/2021 - 04/06/2021 (until the end of working hours). Applications made in person or by mail will not be accepted. Candidates will first fill in the online application information at the address "ad.mcbu.edu.tr" and then fill in the Job Request Application Form, which can be accessed from the relevant page, in computer environment and upload it to the relevant area. Then, they will upload the other required documents (graduation certificate, KPSS result certificate and experience certificate and / or certificates, if required under the conditions of the qualification code they apply) to the relevant fields and complete their online application by clicking the "Apply" button at the bottom. Candidates will apply by specifying the qualification code for only one title. If an application is made for a title with more than one attribute code, both applications will be deemed invalid. The applications of those who are later determined to make false declarations during the application and procedures and those who do not submit the requested documents will be deemed invalid and will be canceled even if their appointments are made.
