The second term collective bargaining agreement covering the personnel working within the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality affiliate Transportation Park A.Ş. was signed in the program held in front of the Main Service Building. 45 PERCENT INCREASE AT THE LOWEST PRICE
Within the scope of the contract, a daily fee of 10 TL was added to the daily fee. The lowest wages were increased by as much as 45 percent.

President Büyükakın said: “We made a wage raise in order to reduce the difference between our brothers with low wages and our brothers with high wages. The lowest daily wage was 160 TL. The difference in gross wages was 32,35 percent.
Ramadan and Sacrifice Holiday allowance
We will give a total of 3500 TL of feast allowance during Ramadan and Eid al-Adha. We will have given this holiday money for the first time.
FOOD FEE INCREASED 28 PERCENT
We increased the meal fee from 23,42 TL to 30 TL for each day worked. The rate of increase was 28 percent.
45 PERCENT INCREASE
Our staff, who are married and have children, will have an improvement of at least 45 percent in their salary. The total gross wage will increase from 4678 TL to 6803 TL "

HOLIDAY FEE 3500 TL
On the other hand, improvements were made in the social rights of the personnel within the scope of the collective bargaining agreement. In this context, the personnel will be given 2000 TL for Eid al-Adha and 1500 TL for Eid al-Adha. In addition, a gross annual leave allowance of 675 TL will be paid once a year.
PERMISSIONS INCREASED BY 2 DAYS
While the leaves of the workers were increased by 2 days, the death wage in case of death of a mother and father, which was not included in the previous contract, was also included in the contract.
100 OFFICE EMPLOYEES BECOME UNIONED
Approximately 100 office workers who were not covered under the contract were included in the scope and became unionized and were able to benefit from the contract. Within the scope of the contract, workers will be given a daily risk compensation of 10 TL.
