İSKİ continues its investments to provide clean and potable water to the city. The construction of Emirli 2nd Stage Drinking Water Facility, whose daily capacity will exceed 2 million cubic meters, has come to an end. Şile Drinking Water Treatment Plant is 50 percent completed. Both facilities are aimed to be completed in 2021.

Providing 7/24 clean drinking water to Istanbul, İSKİ continues to make new investments. In this context, work continues rapidly in 2 drinking water treatment plants, which were started to be constructed.

In this context, the capacity of Ömerli Drinking Water Treatment Plants (Emirli 2nd Level), which currently serves the entire Anatolian Side and the districts of Fatih, Bakırköy, Zeytinburnu, Beşiktaş and Sarıyer on the European Side, is being increased. With the completion of the project, the daily capacity of the facility will increase by 500 thousand cubic meters to a total of 2 million 50 thousand cubic meters. The facility construction, of which approximately 95 percent has been completed, is planned to be completed in 2021.

THE FUTURE OF SILE IS PLANNED FROM TODAY

The capacity of the Şile Drinking Water Treatment Plant, which was started to meet the water needs of Şile and its surroundings in the coming years, will be 20 thousand cubic meters per day.

The construction of the facility, which will also serve the surrounding region, has been completed by 50 percent. Şile Drinking Water Treatment Plant is planned to be completed in 2021.
