According to data from the World Health Organization, 92 percent of the global population, including children, live in areas that exceed air pollution limits.

Froumann Chairman of the Board Burak Yakupoğlu pointed out that the studies reveal that 5 thousand children under the age of 6 - 600 die annually due to air pollution-related diseases, and said, “Children's health is directly related to the air quality they breathe. Air pollution also poses a serious risk for respiratory infections, asthma, neonatal problems and congenital anomalies in children. Therefore, while the importance of indoor air quality becomes more evident in homes, schools and kindergartens, the importance of air cleaning systems in these places becomes more evident ”.

According to data from the World Health Organization, 92 percent of the global population, including children, live in areas that exceed air pollution limits. Studies also reveal that 5 thousand children under the age of 6-600 die annually due to air pollution-related diseases. Air pollution also poses a serious risk for respiratory tract infections, asthma, neonatal problems and congenital anomalies in this age group. More than 50 percent of the burden of pneumonia disease, one of the leading causes of child mortality worldwide, is also associated with air pollution.

Babies and children are at risk

Indoor air pollution causes respiratory infections, lung cancer, bronchiectasis, nasopharynx cancer and chronic lung diseases, especially in women and children, while negatively affecting cognitive development in children. Gases such as carbon monoxide (CO) not only affect the respiratory tract in the long term, but also affect learning, causing fatigue, visual impairment, confusion, and a birth weight of 3 g less when exposed in the first 28 months of fetal life.

It is vital that indoor air quality, which directly affects our health, is at the standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Because when the air quality in the indoor environment we are in is below these standards, it invites many diseases. Burak Yakupoğlu, Chairman of Froumann Professional Air Cleaning Systems, stated that indoor air quality has serious effects on human health and that especially babies and children are under serious risk, and that it has become a necessity to measure air in the indoor environment we are in. At this point, Yakupoğlu drew attention to the importance of Froumann Professional Air Cleaning Devices, which filter particles in indoor air and threaten human health, and gave the following information:

“Froumann devices pull the dirty air in the indoor environment from the breathing level and return it to the environment as clean air. Moreover, it allows you to see the measurement of the air in your environment with the indicators on it. Froumann is the first brand to prove that it filters 19 percent of Covid-19 with the tests performed in İnönü University Turgut Özal Medical Center Molecular Microbiology Laboratory, which is the COVID-99 Diagnostic Laboratory Authorized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey. It can filter all pollutants, including viruses, that can remain suspended in indoor air for a long time.

We have five different types of devices, namely N100 SDS, N90 SDS, N100, N90, N80, that can be used in different sized spaces. We provide the opportunity to filter the air in all indoor environments starting from 100 square meters up to 300 square meters. From this point of view, the importance of Froumann for public spaces such as schools, hospitals and post offices becomes even more evident.
