Emphasizing that milk, which is an indispensable nutrient for being healthy, should be consumed in every period of life, İnanç said, “Excess weight is almost the main problem of our age. In order to minimize the weight problem, it is necessary to consume healthy and high glycemic index foods that keep you full for a long time. "Two glasses of milk, which are regularly drunk every day, are also very important in preventing the weight gained by unbalanced and unhealthy diet."

Stating that the basic rule of healthy milk consumption is to prefer packaged milk, İnanç emphasized that long-life milk is filled in completely closed environment and in aseptic packages that prevent contact with external factors such as light and air. Faith also added that in order to completely remove germs from the milk sold in the open, it is necessary to boil it for 90-95 minutes at 10 to 15 degrees, after boiling the milk, its nutritional values, especially the vitamins in it, decreased by 50 to 90 percent.
