Bandırma - Bursa - Osmaneli high standard railway is a 201 kilometer long high standard railway project planned to be built between Bandırma Station in Balıkesir and Osmaneli YHT Station in Bilecik.

The 105-kilometer section of the High Standard Railway line between Bursa and Osmaneli is currently under construction, and this section is planned to be put into service in 2023. There is currently no information regarding the construction of the remaining part. When the line is completed, it will be integrated with the Ankara - Istanbul high speed railway line and will connect Bursa to Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir.

The line is built for a speed of 250 kilometers. However, even high-speed passenger trains are planned to run at a maximum speed of 200 kilometers / hour (120 mph) and freight trains at a maximum speed of 100 kilometers / hour (62 mph). During the construction of the line, 13 million cubic meters of excavation, 10 million cubic meters of filling will be carried out and a total of 152 works of art will be built. Approximately 43 kilometers of the line will consist of tunnels, viaducts and bridges.

YSE Yapı-Tepe İnşaat joint venture will realize the infrastructure of the 105-kilometer-long section between Bursa and Yenişehir, which will be connected to the Ankara-Istanbul line from Bilecik, until 75. The application projects of the 393-kilometer Yenişehir - Osmaneli section have been completed. Its tender was held at the beginning of 2015. On 30 December 2012, the foundation was laid in a ceremony attended by Deputy Prime Minister Bülent Arınç, Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications Binali Yıldırım, Minister of Labor and Social Security Faruk Çelik and General Director of TCDD Süleyman Karaman.

However, in the past 9 years, the process could not be completed due to the change of the route due to the earthquake risk, the problems experienced in expropriation, and the reconstruction of the projects. Finally, in August 2020, the tender for the 201-kilometer Bandırma-Bursa-Yenişehir-Osmaneli High Standard Railway Line Construction and the Supply of Electromechanical Systems was made by the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure Investments, and Kalyon Construction won the tender for 9 billion 449 million TL. The tender included a 95-kilometer Bursa-Bandırma line, a 56-kilometer Bursa-Yenişehir line and a 50-kilometer Yenişehir-Osmaneli line. Kalyon Construction started the construction of a construction site in an area of approximately 50 thousand square meters in the vicinity of Yenişehir Ebeköy in order to start work on the 45-kilometer Yenişehir-Osmaneli line.
